Rachel Christening Gown

The Rachel Christening Gown is Made from 100% silk dupion, with stunning Venice lace and ribbon detail on the bodice. The little flutter sleeves add the perfect finishing touch. The gown is finished with fabric covered handmade buttons and rouleau loop fastenings. The back skirt is left open for easier handling of baby, and to allow the skirt to drape beautifully when being carried. Handmade to order. Ivory or white. 100% silk. Venice lace. Fully lined. Made in Scotland.

If you would like, the gown can be personalised with your baby's name or initials and date of Christening/baptism or date of birth embroidered on the bottom hem.

Sizes:

The Rachel Christening / Baptism gown comes in sizes Newborn (up to 41cm chest), 0-3 months (up to 43cm chest), 3-6 months (up to 46cm chest), 6-9 months (up to 49cm chest), 9-12 months (up to 52cm chest) and 12-18 months (up to 54cm chest) and measures approximately 88cm in length from shoulder to hem.

As a natural fibre there will be certain irregularities or variations in shade or weave, which are characteristics of the silk.
