Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied please let us know and we will endeavour to put things right.

All items need to be returned within 28 days complete and in perfect, resalable condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged to be accepted back. Personalised/specially made to order products (ie: items which have been changed from the standard design) may not be returned unless faulty.

*Please note that slubs and characteristics in the silk are not considered flaws.

We do not refund the cost of postage unless the return is the result of our own error. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post so please take adequate measures to return the package safely to us.

For goods returned from outside the UK, please label the return package as “Returned GB Merchandise” on the custom declaration to ensure no tax or duty is charged. If tax or duty is charged to us due to not marking the package as a return, this cost will be deducted from your refund.

As with UK orders, we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost in the post so please take adequate measures to return the package safely to us.

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch or exchange or refund any items, you are asked to contact us, by telephone or email as soon as possible. Please note this does not apply to goods which have been personalised or have been made to specific requirements.

If your cancellation is received after the items have been dispatched, then the returns policy as described above applies. All items are checked before dispatch, however in the very unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and we will arrange a full exchange or refund.
