Made from 100% dupion silk, the Violet Christening dress features a pretty lace and ribbon detail on the bodice with pretty cap sleeves. Beautiful edging lace finishes off the hem.

The dress is closed at the back with beautiful silk covered handmade buttons and rouleaux loop fastenings. Handmade to order. Ivory or silk white. 100% silk. Made in Scotland.

Sizes

The Violet Christening / Baptism dress comes in sizes 0-3 months (up to 43cm chest), 3-6 months (up to 46cm chest), 6-9 months (up to 49cm chest), 9-12 months (up to 51cm chest), 12-18 months (up to 54cm chest) and 18-24 months and falls between mid calf and ankle depending on the size of your baby.

As a natural fibre there will be certain irregularities or variations in shade or weave, which are characteristics of the silk.
